Sprinkler Service & Maintenance

Our Service & Maintenance department take a robust approach to ensuring all equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, and the requirements of BS EN 12845:2015 for commercial installations or BS 9251:2014 for residential and domestic installations.

A true 24-hour callout service with options up to a 2-hour response time is available to all contract clients. Staffordshire Fire Services, we work closely with all of our clients and suppliers to ensure that a fully scheduled, efficient and cost-effective service is provided at all times.

We provide a bespoke service and maintenance agreement that is tailored to suit each client’s individual requirements. Our range of service agreements vary from individual homes and businesses to shopping centres, warehouse developments and hotels. No matter the size or scale of your sprinkler system, we are fully committed to guaranteeing it will perform when it matters.
